August started with a bang. 💛

What a beautiful way to begin my birthday month.🎂🎉🥳

Last August 1, I had the privilege of speaking at a Kids Business Fair, and I left the event feeling so inspired.❤️

Seeing children as young as six years old confidently showcasing their products, sharing their ideas, and experiencing entrepreneurship firsthand gave me so much hope for the next generation.🌻

I was honored to talk to them about business and financial literacy. Nothing complicated. Just simple, practical lessons that I hope they can carry with them as they grow.🌱

One thing that touched me was when several parents and attendees came up to me after my talk and said they learned so much, even from that short session. That meant a lot to me because I've always believed that the best lessons don't have to be complicated. They just have to be understood and applied.

The host even mentioned that during our time, opportunities like this didn't exist. And I couldn't agree more.

This is the direction we should continue moving toward. Teaching children not just how to earn, but how to think, create, solve problems, and add value to others.💖

The biggest surprise? My own son came home inspired. He told me he wants to do more of his creation, his own artworks and sell them too. He asked me if I can make a site for his business. ☺️🤩

As a parent, moments like that are priceless. Sometimes all it takes is the right environment and the right exposure to awaken a child's confidence and creativity.❤️

I truly hope more children get to experience events like this. Business isn't just about making money. It's about building character, confidence, responsibility, resilience, and believing that your ideas can make a difference.

🌱 🌻WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Every purpose has a beginning.

For me, it started in 2013, not with a business plan, but with a mother's heart searching for answers. Searching for hope. Searching for my tribe... people who would understand the journey and hold my hand through some of life's most challenging moments.

Our family's journey changed the course of my life. It stretched me, humbled me, and opened my eyes to a new perspective on health, hope, resilience, and what truly matters. Being in this journey awakened my soul.

That journey led me to create Autism: An Angel in Disguise (A.I.D. Hope), a space where I could share what I was learning, encourage other families, and remind parents that even in difficult seasons, hope is never lost.

In those early days, only a handful of friends and family would engage with my posts, but I kept sharing because I believed that if even one family found hope, it was worth it.

The years that followed were anything but easy. Every season brought new challenges, physical exhaustion, emotional battles, puberty, unexpected trauma, and countless moments that left us searching for answers all over again.

Then came 2023.

It became one of the most significant years of my life. I lost my father, a loss that deeply changed me. Yet in that same month, during Autism Awareness Month, I was given the opportunity to speak about our family's journey on a local radio station here in Dubai.

That single opportunity opened doors I never expected. It led me to connect with more Filipino families in the UAE who were walking a similar path, and before I knew it, a growing ASD community was beginning to take shape.

Even then, our own family's journey wasn't getting easier. We entered another season filled with uncertainty and challenges. I had to stop and concentrate on being a special needs mum again.

Sometimes, the answers we've been praying for arrive only after we've learned to keep walking in faith.
Then, in 2024, came the breakthrough.🌈☀️

After more than a decade of searching, learning, praying, and refusing to give up, many of the questions I had carried since 2007 finally began to make sense. What felt like scattered pieces started coming together.

We discovered answers that didn't just change the way we understood our son's journey.

They changed the way we understood health, hope, and the body's incredible potential.

That answered prayer became more than a personal breakthrough. It became a mission.🫶🏻

Today, that mission continues through Transcend Connections Worldwide (TCW), an extension of the same heart that started Autism : an Angel In Disguise A.I.D. Hope.

It is about connecting people, sharing hope, promoting wellness, empowering families, and helping others build lives of purpose and lasting legacy.

Looking back, I can see that every heartbreak, every delay, every unanswered question, and every unexpected opportunity was preparing us for something bigger than ourselves.

This isn't a new beginning.
It's the continuation of a journey that started with love, was sustained by faith, and continues with purpose.
