Aspiring to transform academic practice through research-informed solutions

16/06/2026

From Beirut to Dubai, our community keeps growing. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the edubridges Community Gathering, Dubai Edition.

These moments of connection, conversation, and shared reflection remind us why community matters so deeply in education. Around one table, educators came together to exchange stories, ideas, and experiences that continue to shape the way we learn from one another.

We are grateful for every smile, every conversation, and every person who made this gathering feel so warm and meaningful.
More gatherings, more voices, and more bridges to come. ✨

Summer can be a pause.

It can also be a meaningful space for institutions to reflect, listen, and prepare.

Before the next academic year begins, schools, universities, and educational organizations can use this time to ask:

What did our educators need this year?
What challenges shaped learning and leadership?
What professional development would be truly relevant?
What systems need care, clarity, or strengthening?

At edubridges, we support institutions in designing thoughtful next steps through consultancy, needs analysis, and tailored programs that respond to real educational needs.

Planning does not need to feel rushed.
It can begin with reflection.

What is one area your institution should review before the next academic year?

AI is changing education, but the deeper question is not only how fast students can produce answers. It is whether they are still learning how to think.

In his blog, “The New Handbook Teacher: Now Available in Artificial Intelligence,” Kamal Khairallah invites educators to pause and reflect on the growing enthusiasm around AI in schools. He challenges us to think beyond tools, dashboards, and instant outputs, and to ask what kind of learning we are really encouraging.

AI can support teaching and learning, but it should not replace the human struggle that builds understanding, judgment, creativity, and intellectual courage.

Before the academic year ends, there is value in pausing.

Not only to review what was completed, but to understand what was learned.
What supported educators this year?
What challenges kept returning?
What needs more attention before the next academic year begins?
What voices should be included in the planning process?

At edubridges, we believe that meaningful development begins with listening. Through consultancy, needs analysis, and tailored professional programs, we support institutions in preparing for growth that is thoughtful, relevant, and sustainable.

As June begins, we invite you to reflect with us:
What is one question your institution should ask before planning next year?

Are we supporting inclusion… or overwhelming the people trying to make it happen?

In this week’s blog, we explore a question many educators quietly carry: What if the answer is not doing more, but doing what matters better?

From teacher confidence and psychological safety to empathy, clarity, and sustainable support systems, this reflection challenges us to rethink how we approach inclusion in schools.

Because inclusion is not built on endless strategies. It is built on people, mindset, and shared responsibility.

A thoughtful read for educators, leaders, and anyone committed to creating learning environments where everyone belongs.
