We are delighted to share that Ms. Minha Shamsudheen, a student of Ryan International School, Sharjah, has been shortlisted for the prestigious John Locke Institute 2026 Global Essay Prize in the History category.

Chosen from 100,227 entries across 183 countries, Minha has secured a place among the top 17.5% of participants worldwide. She has also been cordially invited to attend the Black-Tie Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner on Saturday, 3 October 2026, at the London Hilton on Park Lane, Mayfair, London, along with the invitation-only academic conference at Grosvenor House.

Her outstanding achievement reflects the academic excellence, critical thinking, and pursuit of knowledge nurtured at Ryan Group of Schools. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Minha Shamsudheen and wish her continued success and many more laurels in the future.

KG parent teacher interaction!
At Ryan International School Sharjah, Kindergarten parents met teachers to discuss Term 1 progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Families contributed recycled materials to support the school’s eco-drive. Parent-Teacher Meeting
Ryan International School, Sharjah successfully conducted its first term Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on Saturday, 4th July 2026. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss students' academic progress, overall development, and future learning goals.

The interactive sessions strengthened the partnership between home and school, fostering open communication and shared commitment towards every child's success.

KG Term-1 End Class party!
At Ryan International School Sharjah, our KG students celebrated their Term 1 end class party with the theme "I Love My UAE." The little ones dressed in UAE colors, presented a beautiful assembly reciting Arabic poetry.The day was filled with fun, snacks, and exciting games with classmates. The main goal was to help children relax and understand that it's now time to enjoy joyful quality time at home with parents and grandparents.

💡 Leading with Purpose – Women in STEM Initiative

Ryan International School, Sharjah, organized an inspiring Women in STEM – "Leading with Purpose" session for students of Grades 9–12 in collaboration with the AIESEC Women in STEM Initiative. The session provided students with valuable insights into leadership, innovation, and the growing opportunities in STEM.

During the session, Ms. Arpana Sharma spoke about the importance of sustainability and encouraged students, especially young women, to pursue opportunities and make a greater impact in the field of STEM. She inspired students to believe in their potential and become future innovators.

The interactive activity challenged students to choose an everyday product, re-engineer it with innovative ideas, pitch it to the market, and present imagined customer feedback. This practical experience fostered creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills, inspiring students to transform ideas into meaningful solutions.
