Only people who truly care about you can hear you when you’re silent. I personally suppressed my feelings in my chest and they have moved up to my neck. No words ever came out of my mouth. Life sewed it shut. I learned early on that expressing how I feel makes me look weak so I bottled up my emotions and figured out ways to drown the thoughts. I lived in pure silence but my mind and soul were screaming. The screams vibrated and echoed within the deepest parts of my soul 🥺🥺🥺.

If you are a young celebrity of any type , learn from Mr. Eazi ... no heavy gold or diamond chains, no flashy cars but heavy investments all over Africa. Man is the richest, but he no dey make noise . I learn from people like this . Tomorrow, you go hear say he owns Banks....success is strategic planning and precept upon precept, and has a definite pattern . No be magic. No be to dey make mouth upadan for social media with flashy cars etc....

Being emotionally resilient,doesn’t mean that you’re not vulnerable. It means that you don’t let that vulnerability drag you to the ground. Or even if it does, you’ll get right back up in one way or the other ..within a relatively short period of time .

I grew up with so many insecurities, felt I wasn't good enough, felt I wasn't beautiful enough, felt like a failure because I failed several times in school 😑

But all of that has changed. I have learnt to believe in myself, I have learnt that failure is part of life....
And not necessarily the end of everything.
