Every summer, one of the things | look forward to most when I return to Spain is visiting the local farmers’ markets.
This year, I would like to pay a special tribute to an amazing lady: Mrs. Consol! I know Mrs. Consol for more than 20 years and since then, she has always been in the market with her smile, her kindness and always offering the best products of “home” as she always says.
Today, I have been in the market for the first time since last summer and I went to see and hug her! We chat about families, life and we catch up about what happened along the year. Then she always chooses the best fruits and vegetables for me. I specially love her homemade preserves and this time I bought two of them: a fig jam and a peach one! So yummy!!
Living in Dubai, one of the things I miss most is the simple pleasure of buying produce straight from the people who grow it. The taste, the freshness, the seasonality, and the human connection are impossible to replace.
Here’s to you, Mrs. Consol, and to all the small businesses that make these markets so special. ❤️💚

I think I should sharing with you another great dinning spot in London. We had a lovely evening at Llama Inn, , a beautiful Peruvian
restaurant set on a stunning rooftop in Shoreditch. Besides the delicious food, full of flavour, we enjoyed killer cocktails in a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a long dinner with my daughters!

Last weekend I had the opportunity to enjoy Berenjak’s new home in Mayfair, London, and it instantly felt like one of those places you never want to leave. Warm and welcoming, we had a great family gathering where we share and savour every moment.
The food was delicious, Simply delicious. Generous and perfect for sharing, each dish was better than the
last. Also the service was impeccable, making us feeling like home.
Without a doubt, one of the best dinners we had all weekend in London.

The very first recipe I made was an Asian Baked Salmon and the result was absolutely delicious: perfectly golden on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Thanks to the EvenCrisp technology, it gives that crispy finish I love with almost no preheating time.

ASIAN BAKED SALMON IN AIRFRYER
Ingredients:
• 2 pieces fresh salmon
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Olive oil
• Soy sauce
• Sesame oil
• Thai chilli sauce
• Sesame seeds
Preheat your Instant Vortex Air Fryer for 2 minutes and set 180C and 15 minutes. After that, set the Grill function for 2 more minutes and enjoy it!
