You are fearless, Kamilla; no one can believe that, but I do have a fear that I can fail or I'm not enough, and so do all humans; this is our natural emotion, so don't think that I'm confident superwoman, haha honestly I'm trying to be robust and motivate my kids, my team, Alruba students, but this is not true. Deep inside, sometimes I experience the same emotions as everyone, but I learned from life that you can impact feelings only by responding to them. It is our responsibility to take action on our feelings and respond. No one can help you or save you. I usually wrote a note for myself. Letting myself know that I have me, searching for the button, pressing it accurately, and letting it go, trust me, this is my way to overcome obstacles, fears, or any distractions that lead me to low self-esteem. I know how it works. I trust the process. I trust myself. I'm important. Follow your heart and believe that after each darkness, there will always be lightness. If you are having any difficulties in your life right now, take a moment to sit alone and write a note for yourself. You will find the results immediately.

Eight years of experience in managing my company gave me the most important lesson: I’m always looking forward to how to improve both management skills and our services /products because this is what we offer to our customers/students. It is always in my head the question: “how can I be better? What else do I need to do to grow in my career?”. I took many several courses in sales, marketing, and financials. Why do we need any primer in the first place ?

A primer helps to smoothly apply tints and ensures a lasting makeup

The main rule for choosing a foundation is to correctly determine its purpose based on the skin type.

✔️If your skin type is more oily a primer with a matting effect will suit you best. It controls secretion of sebum so you won’t have to apply layers and layers of powder during the day.

✔️ Primers with a shiny effect help to enhance dull skin colour and even out skin tone. They contain shimmering fluorescent particles giving the skin a smooth and healthy glowing look. These primers can be applied on the whole face or only on prominent parts of the face instead of a highlighter.

✔️ A great solution for dry skin are primers with a moisturising effect. They contain skincare components such as oils, vitamins and hyaluronic acid.

Okay very honest with you, my life is not going to be the same, why? Cause I decided to change it. And I’m seriously thinking how to let you guys come down with me and involve you in each day so you would be able to see it in a real time world. I want to share with you about each step of my life changes, about how I’m taking decisions and what is stopping me, how I’m passing through each situation.

Ordinary this mind appears in our heads; we used to stop doing something because someone would say: “oh, I suppose you might be wrong,” or “hey, this is bad.” We learn from our parents; they used to say, don’t run, you might fall! We are so scared of someone's judges, which are not supposed to be the reason not to move and do what we like or try new different things for the first time. I used to be a choreographer, and my daily work was to enter the class and teach kids how to dance. They don’t have obstacles in their head because they are learning it for the first time. They don’t hesitate each other to look foolish or dance the wrong way. Then I discovered why don’t we all similarly keep being like kids. Let don’t think twice and forget about judgmental things; who care? No one care, indeed, they will forget about you and leave their own life, but you, you will stay at the same level. Go and try; make your slips. Let it be awkward; who looks after you? You learn and polish, and at the end, you note it down and say I tried it, and I'm proud of myself.

Last month I was a bit slow to work. I had to pass health issues that are pretty much better these days. I had to make different decisions about hiring and firing people from my company, adding a system and organizational structure, working on new marketing campaigns, meeting new Alruba students, and creating better options to learn more in makeup, all the work that I do will never make me feel that I’m tired, or frustrated no, it’s only giving me the feeling that I’m on the right path with what I do, my mentor taught me an interesting trick about it, he said: imagine if your brain will recognize the work as not work but as what you are just enjoying to do, like hanging around with friends and family, fulfilling your passion with more grateful things, and it will not be heavy to accomplish.” Did you get this? Isn’t it interesting to not let the brain think that you are working, you just meeting with your close people and creating different things and adding new journeys in your life? About my goals and love ❤️



About my goals, I consistently achieve my goal. I have an intuition inside that always tells me what to do in a given situation. I trust people. Like all girls, I like to dream… dreams tend to come true. I love when they come true; I feel my connection with the Creator! I can agree that inventions are invented and not always what I expect, and this is normal; I never regret at all and do not look back; what was already can not be returned, and I take it as another life lesson—learning to accept the world as it is! I can forget insults, but I do not forgive meanness. Even betrayal is not so important, and I also consider it the choice; there is no one-sidedness in this world. In any situation, I look at everything a little from the height of a free bird's flight to understand how to proceed further? It helps a lot in stressful situations. I'm not too fond of it when people complain because I have gone a certain way and realized that nothing would change until you do something yourself. Trite but vital.
Love is the main thing in my life. It helps me achieve my goals, namely love for my business, and my company and its employees who work daily to realize our mission of the company's goals, and I love my clients. These students entrusted me with their future and realized their dreams are precious to me! I love the cities in which I live and will live. I love the Motherland, and although I don't go there often. I love when professional people devote time to their profession. I love nature. I love my children. They are my incentive always to move forward! Love should be in every home, work, decision, and action. Life is love, and we are all created for love! If you always remember to love, you will archive targeted goals quickly. My goal is to be as happy as possible!

Yesterday, in my stories, I asked you to vote and select the topic you are more likely interested in from my blog, and guess which one was on the top?
The winner after the vote was the topic about "how I'm running the business." I was impressed that this fact of my life is exciting for you.

That's why in this post, let me share the first primary step with you. Suppose you decide to open your own business. Try asking yourself, If I want to serve my best? If I'm going to make fundamental changes? If I'm ready to invest my time and money? Am I going to learn and pass through pain and challenging jobs because you are building not only a business, you are making a NEW YOU! Scary? I know, but I should start with this because I had passed this when I started, and this is my forthcoming post.
Also, on the other hand, I would highly recommend you be aware that when you come up with an idea of your business, you need to calculate the project. And make sure that the estimated cost invested money is an accurate picture. You have fully prepared to work for your idea until the end; you have to be aware that all responsibilities lie on your shoulders. There is no one else who will cover all your mistakes, or in other words, it's called failures. Please do not think that running the business is easy; sitting on the title 'the owner" means many hidden hard and soft skills required to learn on the way of your growth. Calculating your idea before spending the money will help you understand if the business idea is worth it. I used to make many mistakes, but in the meantime, I have learned a lot; I spent the last 3 years from 1 course to another ( I think I lost even my hair because of this stress), and even till now, I'm still learning new things. That's why maybe I didn't want to share much about how I'm running the business, but you asked. Here IM is sharing with you the central concept and what you should be aware of if you decide to open your own business.

Why do countries fight against each other?


There are many potential reasons, including: competition over territory and resources, historical rivalries and grievances, and in self defense against an aggressor or a perceived potential aggressor.

Half of Alruba team are working remotely from Russia and Ukrain, on our last annual meeting we decided to focus on work, our team are doing great, we will stay closer to each other, even if we work remotely I have to keep my team strong enough. I need to be sure that they are in a stable condition, and have power to work. This is only what in my hand right now, this is only what I decided to do…..
