Motivational Mentorship Program
A Student Guidance Initiative by
Dr. George Kaliaden www.psychologist.ae
Navigating University Life with Purpose, Focus, and Drive
The transition to university life brings unprecedented freedom, but it also introduces intense academic pressure, hidden stressors, and the challenge of self-regulation. Many high-achieving students find that the study habits and external motivators that worked in high school are no longer enough. Without a strong internal anchor, procrastination, anxiety, and burnout can quickly stall academic progress.
UniLife Motivation Mentor offered by Dr George Kaliaden ( www.psychologist.ae ) is a specialized student guidance initiative developed to bridge the gap between mental resilience and academic excellence. Moving far beyond traditional tutoring or generic life coaching, this program applies deep clinical insight to help university students cultivate self-sustaining intrinsic motivation, master cognitive focus, and build the independent critical thinking needed to navigate their studies with absolute clarity. We don't just guide students through their university years; we equip them with the psychological conditioning to own their future.
Major Objectives of the Program
Preparing students joining university. Helping them in
1) Transitioning to independent university life and goal-directed success behavior
