April is autism awareness month. Spend sometime truly learning about it and understanding the depth of autism. Several children around the world are effected by autism everyday so support and educate yourself and friends and family around you.

The week of May 2nd-8th is National Anxiety and Depression Awareness Week.
Depression is a common mental health disorder, affecting more than 350 million people of all ages worldwide each year. A new study found that the Middle East has a very high rate of major depression compared to the rest of the world — almost 7 percent.
Anxiety disorders are highly treatable, yet only about one-third of those suffering receive treatment. If you wish to see a Peer Counsellor about any problems you have, approach us in school or email us at [email protected]
