Let’s look at what makes Yoda THE most effective leader in the far far away galaxy. He Scales Leadership--passing on his knowledge to next generations. He teaches with humble wisdom, patience, inspiration, brutal honesty and a sense of humor. At the early stages of Jedi training, Yoda instills Creative Leadership to his students by instructing them to believe in themselves, fully commit to their Vision, and letting go of fear. He emphasizes compassion over control, presence of mind, and reflection. He also values the opinions of others, showing collaboration. The true power of Yoda, and the Jedi, comes from selflessness, seeing the integration between the parts and the whole, and letting go of ego. Much to learn from Yoda there is.
