"Pasticcini alle Mandorle" we are back with a new recipe, in italy we love these biscuits, our grandmas used to make it for us and we were eating them
right after dinner!
here we go, its simple and easy to make them:
-250 g of allemonds
-250 g of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs white
- few drops of vanilla flavours
Now put the allemonds and the sugar in a mixer, when is all well mixed add the 1st egg white, mix it for a little than add the 2nd egg white and add some drops of vanilla and allemond flavouring.
When the mixture is ready create little biscuits shapes and leave them in the fridge for 6/8 hours.
Than cook the pasticcini in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes

Driving around Murcia in Spain we bumped into this delicious tasty octopus, which seem to be a traditional dish of the area.
Chef Viktorek from Culinary Boutique in Jumeirah 1 is reproducing a similar style of octopus in the confort of his cafe's cozy environement.
Cuvee3 matched for us this with a lovely slightly chilled franch Pinot Noir or sardininan Vermentino! Enjoy

The so called "pasta con le Sarde" a tradicional recipt from Gampaolo Pintore Frankie's Restaurant in Jbr. Ready for the sicilian dinner happening in september!
Reciept 4 people:
400 grams of pasta 2 white onion, 6 sardines, 30 grams of pinenuts, and a little bit of breadcrumbs.
Cook the onion together the sardines and olive oil, top up with broth.
Cook the past for 8 minutes in the boiler when the pasta is almost cook put the pasta into the sauce add the pinenuts and the breadcrums for decoration.
