Summary

As an Associate Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our online Distribution channel world wide. You will receive adequate trainings, knowledge & guidance necessary at every step of this project to grow yourself to achieve required tasks along with your senior Business Development Associates & their support. You will have to get through a selection process which comprises of - a learning process (including several Online Modules-it will not be free of charge as there is a program fee which should be paid by you), in order to give you proper knowledge about your role which will be conducted by a panel of established E-commerce Business Developers.

About the Role

* You will have to communicate with relevant parties in the process of Business Development and be a team player over being an individual performer.

* Excel use is necessary; Listening skill and being coachable.

* Provide insights on how to improve processes leading to increased efficiency and ensure the growth of the Business consistently.

About You

* Should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma.
* Must be proficient in English Language (understanding & communication skills).
* Should possess excellent Interpersonal skills for developing partnerships/alliances.
* Must be willing to learn and grow their knowledge.
* Must be an out of the box thinker.
* Must be a quick decision Maker.
* Never-Give-Up attitude is a must.
