Modern International Study (MIS) is proud to announce that Kaj Hober, Professor of International Law and International Commercial Law in Uppsala University, and one of the world’s most prominent arbitrators, has joined the Advisory Board of Modern International Study (MIS).
A brief introduction of his vast area of practice and notable academic work is as follows:
• Professor of Law, Uppsala University, Sweden
• Chairman of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce
• Chair, Sole arbitrator, or member of the tribunal in numerous international and domestic arbitration proceedings
• Counsel in numerous international and domestic arbitration proceedings (oil & gas, foreign investment, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing agreements)

MIS held the seminar on Participatory Rights in International Environmental Law, in Tehran and Dubai.
Thieevent was held in Tehran, on April 13, 2019, in MIS Tehran office, with speeches given by Professor Said Mahmoudi, Dr. Mohsen Abdollhai, Professor Jonas Ebbesson, and Professor Joy Ezeilo, all of them are notable scholars in the field of International Environmental Law.
Subsequently, and with the cooperation of American University in the Emirates, the seminar was held in Dubai, on April 15, 2019, in AUE, with the presence of Professor Said Mahmoudi, Dr. Shadi A. Alshdaifat, Professor Jonas Ebbesson, and Professor Joy Ezeilo.
