☀️ Summer with Sam — Day 5

Some of the best learning happens when children don’t even realise they’re learning.

We started our morning with lots of movement—climbing, jumping, balancing and exploring. Physical play helps children build strength, coordination, confidence and regulate their energy.

Afterwards, the boys sat down to build together. Watching them share ideas, solve problems, take turns and encourage one another was such a lovely reminder that play is where some of life’s biggest lessons begin.

Behind every joyful class is a few quiet minutes of preparation. 💛

The bubbles are checked, the instruments are ready, the room is set, and then we wait for the most important part… her. ✨

Those last 5 minutes are filled with excitement because every smile, giggle, and little milestone is worth preparing for.

My boys were completely absorbed — scooping, sorting, mixing colours and exploring with their hands. No fancy equipment, no complicated prep, no cost. Just open-ended play that builds imagination, fine motor skills and sensory exploration.
