Can you spot the difference in posture between these two photos?
➡️ I wish someone had reminded us every day to stand tall, sit properly, and look after our posture when we were children.
➡️Instead, many of us spent years carrying heavy school bags, slouching over desks and forming habits we're still trying to correct today.
🫶That's one reason I teach posture in my etiquette classes.

🤝HANDSHAKE MISTAKE WE ALL MAKE🤝
❌ A table creates a physical and psychological barrier between you and the other person. It can make the greeting feel awkward and less professional.
✅ IF POSSIBLE, stand up and remove the barrier before extending your hand.(Exception:We all know,at a wedding dinner, moving around the table isn't always practical😉)

🎈Mdina etiquette 🇲🇹
✅️The name “Mdina” comes from the Arabic word “Madinah” meaning city or town.
✅️Mdina was Malta’s old capital before Valletta became the capital in the 1500s.
✅️The city’s history goes back over 4,000 years and it was influenced by Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs, Normans, and the Knights of St. John.
✅️Keep your voice low. Mdina is called “The Silent City” for a reason.
✅️Its narrow streets were designed during the Arab period to confuse invaders and provide shade from the sun.
✅️Many scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed in Mdina because of its medieval atmosphere.
✅️Respect private homes. Many beautiful doors and balconies belong to residents, not museums.
✅️Don’t climb or sit on historic walls and doorsteps for photos.
💚Slow down. Mdina is one of those places where quiet elegance matches the atmosphere🫰
