Focus: Comprehensive care and support for elderly clients, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
Duration: 401 hours of classroom training + 160 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT)

2. Health Care Services NC II (Nursing Assistant)
Focus: Patient assistance in clinical settings, infection control, first aid, and patient transport.
Duration: 960โ€“996 hours of classroom training + 160 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT)

General Requirements:
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Education: High School graduate, Senior High School graduate, or an ALS (Alternative Learning System) passer

Required Documentation:
PSA Birth Certificate
Academic Records (Form 137/138 or Transcript of Records)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Valid Passport Copy
Recent ID Photos (1x1 or Passport size) with a white background
Updated CV/Resume
