The Heartfulness Program for Schools is conducting its "Train the Trainers" Professional Development program for educators in K12 schools in the Middle East.
It is a certified, free-of-cost training and will take place on 5,12,19,26 October, 5-7 pm GST.
This training will enable educators to: highlights of the program include
- Explore the simple Heartfulness techniques through three stages of
Experience, Train, and Engage
- Build a compassionate and collaborative classroom environment
- Practice the guided techniques to relieve stress and relax
- Feel empowered and connected, understanding the gateways to social-emotional
learning

- Engage in positive collaborations and connections
- Practice self-observation and gain clarity, confidence, and compassion

Social and emotional learning (SEL) has hit a new record!
More than 8 out of 10 schools across the USA are now implementing social and emotional learning (SEL) curricula.
This is a steady increase from
• 76 percent in the 2021-2022 school year and
• 46 percent in the 2017-2018* school year*
The report, Social and Emotional Learning in U.S. Schools, a new national study by CASEL , an organization that promotes “social and emotional learning” (SEL) in public education with The RAND Corporation, found that more school leaders say they are prioritizing SEL as part of critical academic recovery efforts.
The report also mentions that "Teachers who report greater SEL implementation, report higher levels of student interest in learning and more supportive learning environments."
The Heartfulness Program for Schools, www.heartfulschools.org is a designated by CASEL as a "Promising, evidence-based program for social and emotional learning." It exceeds/ meets most of CASEL’s criteria for high-quality SEL programming.

One of our senior coaches was recently spotted in Stuttgart at an activation promoting UN SDG goal no 4 - in terms of inclusive and equitable access to quality education for all.
Our Heartfulness Program for Schools heartily embodies this aspect of ensuring social and emotional learning to ensure a well-rounded and wholesome education.

Wishing everyone a fantastic week of ‘Back to School’!
We can’t wait to get started with our programs.
Here’s an excerpt from one of the teachers who went through our program before the summer.
‘I improved a lot and started applying these techniques in my classes.
These sessions help our students, parents, and teachers to change and develop our attitudes, mood, and behavior during school time.
They assist in controlling the classes, especially with hyperactive students.
The main takeaway is to incorporate Heartfulness in our lives, even outside of school to develop life skills in our students.
Students need to practice these kinds of programs as a daily routine.
This program is really important to me, as I have improved significantly.
As teachers, we need to feel relaxed and calm to convey the importance of these techniques to our students effectively.

The “Tuning Into Your Heart: Inspiration Through Conscious Living" High School Program is a 15-week introductory workshop for grades 9 to 12, focusing on the life skills needed to tackle real-life challenges and how to cultivate attitudes and values for academic excellence and personal growth.
It utilizes practical tools and hands-on activities to delve into the science of happiness, the significance of prioritization, and the art of coexisting harmoniously with individuals of diverse personalities.
Duration - 15 weeks
Each workshop session is 45 minutes to 1 hour and may be taken online or in-person
