Throwback!
Incredibly Proust of the results of this old client of mine.
I only helped him on the final part of his transformation after a colleague left the company but I had great memories to work with him in the last mile which is definitely very rewarding as you can see and at the same time quite hard after months of dedication.
Give some love to his dedication!!
Getting quality results is about building relationships.
If you don't have trust, you have nothing.
Same in the business world.
You don't rock up to someone's company and break a million-pound deal.
Just like I couldn't jump neck deep into your dm's and say, "Want some coaching?"
When you've never seen me before in your life.
You'd think I'm a right prick, lol.
That's actually happened to me.
Someone barging into my DM's telling me to buy their...whatever...
I haven't spoken 1 word to you before now.
Who’s buying from these clowns?!
At "Physical & Mental Performance Program" there’s a process in place.
I need to ensure we welcome the RIGHT clients.
And you need to be sure you’ve got the RIGHT coach.
That way you can be 100% honest with us, even if you're having a bad time.
Better quality relationships = better quality results.

Do you let it slide?
How well do you treat yourself?
Do you let yourself slide when you f**k something up?
Or when you know you're being lazy.
Or do you pull yourself up on it and sort your s**t out?
If it's the former, I'm here to tell you…
Making mistakes is fine, but not learning and doing something about them?
That’s on you.
I remember my first year in business.
I was too nice to myself, letting mistakes slide all the time.
I'd give myself a pass when I was overdue on work.
I wasn't holding myself accountable.
And do you know what happened?
I had clients who wouldn't hold themselves accountable.
I did everything my end, but they didn't get results.
I attracted clients who behaved like me.
And it was a f**king nightmare. It was the most stressful time of my business life.
Not until I had higher standards for myself did I attract clients with that same high standard.
Are you letting yourself slide? Or have you got your s**t together?

That should be standard.
"I will try my best to get results."
Or
"I will do what I have to to get results."
Which one do you think is more psychologically positive?
I hope you agree with me…
But “doing what you must” shows much more conviction in getting the desired results.
That doesn't mean you have to turn on "beast mode" - run through walls, and train like David Goggins
It means doing what's required to get the results you want.
Look, I'm going to be straight to the point.
Motivation is not something we preach here at Physical & Mental Performance.
That should be a standard.
And getting results like getting in the best shape of your life and learning the tools to maintain it is no walk in the park.
So if you tell yourself "I'll try my best".
You're doing yourself a disservice.
I want you to tell yourself, "I will do what I have to."
And BeppeCoaching will do the rest.

No kid grows up wanting to be a coach.
But somewhere along the way, they have an experience that changes them.
For me, that was…
I used to be unsatisfied with the way I looked no matter how hard I tried.
After years of trial and error, I finally found the right guidance and achieved everything I was dreaming of, physically and mentally.
That was a unique feeling that made me continue that path of learning and growing from the inside out.
I knew there was only one thing I wanted to do.
Serve others who faced the same challenges as I did.
I can’t believe I get to help people solve this problem every day.
Guiding people to look and perform at their best had such an important effect on me.
The opportunity to do the same for other people is a genuine privilege.
