This was the best thing I’ve done for my hair! The iconic scalp analysis and head spa at .official! 🧖‍♀️ 🫶

Scalp care is so important for looking after the health of your hair! I also paired this with a hair analysis which I’ve not seen anywhere before!

They examined my face shape, nose, eyes, chin, cheekbones alongside my vibe, and then recommended me the haircuts I should and shouldn’t get, alongside hairstyles that would frame and suit my face better vs those that wouldn’t!

It was such a lovely self care activity and I’m dying to go back already! 🤍

One of the biggest mindset shifts that will guarantee success in your fitness is this…

Your fitness journey can’t exist separately from your life.

Because your life isn’t happening in a vacuum.

You’ll travel.
You’ll have busy work periods.
You’ll have weekends away.
You’ll go out for dinners.
You’ll be in a relationship.
You’ll celebrate birthdays, holidays, and milestones.

If your approach to fitness only works when life is “perfect,” it won’t work for very long.

The goal isn’t to build a routine that survives only when everything goes to plan.

The goal is to build habits that travel with you 🫶

Over the last 6 weeks, we travelled across multiple countries, changed environments constantly, ate out regularly, worked remotely, and still prioritised our training, sleep, movement, and nutrition.

Not because we were chasing perfection.

Because these habits are part of who we are.

Fitness shouldn’t force you to choose between living your life and achieving your goals ladies.

The most successful women I coach are the ones who learn how to integrate fitness into their real lives? not put their lives on hold until they’ve reached their goal.

Because travel will happen.
Work will get busy.
Relationships will take time and energy.

And your fitness journey needs to be able to exist alongside all of it.

That’s what sustainability looks like. 🤍

Simply eating more protein will not help you lose fat.

Especially if you’re eating foods that give you little protein for the amount of calories they provide.

What an incredible journey 🥹

Our client here is a busy nurse, and with the stressful nature of her job, and having tried many diets and programs to lose weight, with little success, she lost motivation and consistency with her journey.

Since working together, she is now:

Seoul was made for the girls 🥹 this last minute trip to Seoul was perfection ✨

The food has been so good, a lot of rice, bulgogi beef, kimchi and matcha has been enjoyed, alongside racking up so many steps (this city is so walkable!), skincare hoarding from Olive Young and finding the cutest clothing bits in Seongsu!!

Leaving back to Dubai tonight and I’m already itching to come back here 🥹🇰🇷

Seoul you have my heart!!! 💗
