Panna cotta- easy and delicious desserts. The promised recipe below ❤️

Ingredients 4portions:
🍀baking cream 1cup
🍀coconut milk 1cup
🍀gelatin 1/2tsp
🍀water 1/2cup
🍀vanilla extract 1teasp
🍀stevia 2tesp


Instructions:
🍀Heat pan, add baking cream, stevia, vanilla and cook together(but not boil)
🍀Switch off cooker and add coconut milk and mixed gelatin with hot water
🍀Fill glasses with the prepared mixture and keep 4hrs in fridge
🍀Eat and enjoy sugar free desserts

If you want to give your kids the most safe and healthy desserts choose something from my Lucky Factory. Below a recipe with blackberries give not only beautiful color but super flavor. Enjoy desserts and be healthy❣️


Time preparation: 10minutes
⭐️Ingredients for 10portions:
1 cup blackberries
3 tbsps mascarpone cheese
2 tbsps gelatin
4 tbsps water
Optionally: 1 tbsp stevia


⭐️Instruction:
Combine gelatin with the hot water.
Meanwhile, mix blackberries with the mascarpone cheese (and optionally stevia) for few minutes and at the end add the prepared gelatin. Place the mixture in forms and keep in the fridge 3hrs. Before serving you can put blackberry or melted chocolate at the top. Done ✅
