Away from schedules, screens, and the constant movement of everyday life, we begin to notice things we often overlook, the rhythm of our breath, the silence between thoughts, the beauty that is already present.
This November, I invite you to join me in Kenya for Return to the Roots, a Pranic Awakening Retreat.
We will practice yoga and meditation together, explore the landscapes of Lake Naivasha and Maasai Mara, and spend time immersed in the natural world.

For a few days, we stepped away from the rush, pressure, noise, and constant stimulation of everyday life… and returned to something more real.
Yoga in front of the Himalayan snow peaks, meditation in nature, silent monastery visits, deep hikes, village walks, meaningful conversations, nourishing food, and the blessing of meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama — every experience carried a certain depth and stillness.
Somewhere between the mountains, the practices, the laughter, and the silence… perception broadened, the breath opened, and the body started feeling lighter again.
This retreat was not just about travel and letting go — it was about arriving back into our essence. ❤️
