we are a group trying to help the special needs children and them families for how to manage , progress and develop the abilities of special needs with themselves and by the help of families. we hope to help

Studies show that sitting more than 95% of the time at work increases the risk of physical injury and diseases.

Sitting for long hours can take a toll on heart by increasing the level of cholesterol, fat and the chances type 2 diabetes.

Recommended 30 minutes of physical activity per day is not enough.
Interrupt sitting whenever you can.
Here are few easy Tips :

GET Up & MOVE
> Walk around the office
> Walk to your Co- worker instead of messeging
> Stand up every 20 minutes even if it's just for a minute or two.
> Do simple Stretches and exercises at your desk
> Stand whenever you are in long meetings.
> Head to recreation center for a quick game or workout

Benefits of exercises in pregnancy: Maternal Health
Exercise has been proved to be a beneficial therapeutic tool during pregnancy.
It is safe and advantageous for cardiovascular functions (fitness, blood pressure, peripheral edema), preeclampsia , varicose veins and deep vein thrombosis,
It decreases lower back pain and benefits on mood and psychological wellbeing.Also decreases risk of preterm delivery, length of labor and delivery complications.Prevention ‭of “weight gain” is ‭a motivational factor for being active during pregnancy in obese women. ‬
Women who exercise usually have a better pregnancy, in terms of being more comfortable physically and healthier for the duration of the pregnancy and afterwards. Often, they tolerate the stress and pain of labor better. Stretching exercises can be particularly useful for later ease in labor and delivery.
In general, exercising seems to go along with eating better and maintaining a more positive attitude toward the pregnancy. Since exercising releases endorphins, it also helps with emotional stress and potential depression.
When Not to Exercise
There are some definite conditions during pregnancy where exercise should be avoided at all costs. Do consult our Pre and Post natal Exercise therapist for more information.
