I have been mentally processing this dream of a crossover episode since then as it was truly an early birthday present for me. To be amongst a company of such inspiring and bright personalities.

Many of you, with whom I connected online, until lately were strangers in one way, but still a family because of the values we all believe in.

I knew my goals in life, but always sought a community of people who support my growth, help and function as a family at the same time and I truly got to experience that in person and am extremely grateful for that.

Grateful to for organizing it, the guest speakers who put their time and energy into being there, and for everyone who was a part of this beautiful space and learning experience.

Many of you who do not know or realize this, but in all the discussions we had, whether be about the business or life itself, you guys touched my heart and inspired me in ways that I will always remember and it makes me realize that I am truly a part if a movement to ๐˜ข๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ด๐˜ฑ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜บ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ถ๐˜ด, in ways more than just menial finance.

In our lives, in our mindset and our growth as individuals.

You all make it so much worth it to show up and put in that work. It is an honour to know each any every one of you and your stories and how hard you strive to bring that change you seek.

It has allowed me to find myself back again

I had lost a piece of me a while ago. Unable to love, unable to truly feel and live, but now I think I can. I can feel myself be me again. Focused on what matters.

Slowly, but surely.

Who knew, all it took was supoort nothing short of what is between a true family unit.

This event will be a catalyst for me in many ways to come, and I am eager to be back in this beautiful, quiet city and meet all of you again next year.

I am grateful for you all and looking forward to the next phase of this journey and all to come.

Let me explain, and this might trigger some of you. I'll do it anyway because a lot of you need to hear this.

When you choose to (or rather have no option, but to) work a certain job, live a certain lifestyle, or entertain certain relationships with people, SIMPLY due to:

โ€ขConvenience

โ€ขHabit and what everyone else does (Duh)

โ€ขTo avoid feelings of loneliness or facing internal issues present within oneself

You are not only paying a monetary price but also a physical, mental , and emotional one.

You are feeling unfulfilled in the present state you are in, but unwilling to make a change despite knowing your potential. But why?

Wouldn't you think that the price of stagnation is much steeper than actually taking a calculated risk with your career and finding something you actually resonate working with?

We are reluctant to think of investing into a business, always viewing it from a pessimistic angle and therefore a lack of confidence in our abilities to make something work, is the reason why many others choose to slave away for the same dead-end job and a common life, without ever taking a step to realize what they can actually achieve.

All due to:

"๐˜ž๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ช๐˜ง ๐˜ ๐˜ง๐˜ข๐˜ช๐˜ญ?"

Yes, but it simply means you keep pushing and dedicating yourself to it until you make it work. Was anything significant really achieved overnight?

You want this, right?
A better life. A better future and a goal to work towards.
Would you rather remain unfulfilled while never having given it a shot?

We take our diet and lifestyle for granted, choosing to consume literal garbage despite knowing how it is affecting our bodies, mind and overall energy and then go on back to our 9-5 sedentary jobs that keep you silent with a fixed salary and promotions (But is it enough to fulfill what you truly want in life?).

Food is energy. We are Energy. What you consume, ultimately shows in one way or another in your lifestyle.
Due to how the system is set up, it is difficult for a common person to live on a good quality diet without breaking the bank, but is this what the situation should stay at? Wouldn't you want to be a chooser of the quality or food you consume or let it simply be chosen for you due to your budget as many just care to meet their basic needs. How can you progress then if you think so small?

Think of the last time you tried to figure out your purpose in life. If you do not have a long-term goal or purpose as an adult, that should be a priority for you to work out at first, then you should then be thinking of cutting away relationships that do not serve you and your long-term purpose and goals.
That is where it starts.

On the other hand, being around people who actually are on a similar vibration, or even higher due to them working actively to find their purpose and achieve their goals, wouldn't you rather surround yourself with such individuals?

A community, perhaps?

People who push you to actually step outside your comfort zone for your own good.

This is a choice you have control over.
Would you rather then choose a life of prolonged dissatisfaction, stress and risk of developing physical and mental diseases that risk your well-being or would you actually want to get out of that comfort zone that is LITERALLY killing you, and instead focus on achieving your potential by working on a purpose and a mission in life?

The longer you let fear and your comfort zone lead your life, the more you let life choose a hard path for you. Harder on your soul and well-being.

Dwell on it and let it guide your inner self.

I always wanted to chase my passion of being able to travel and explore the vistas this earth has to offer because life is way too short to spend it on others' dreams.

So why not build your own and do what you love, with the support of those who are trying to achieve the same?

Taking control and making smart decisions is where it starts.

Sometimes, when we speak to the general audience, it can feel as if we are trying to communicate with a ๐˜ฃ๐˜ช๐˜ณ๐˜ฅ, as not everyone will be able to understand your message.

This brings me to the importance of having the right audience, who can resonate and connect with your message and see the value you have to provide.

Having the ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ of the type of individuals you want to connect with, speak to, and work with, is crucial as it allows you to find individuals with the right mindset to work together with and grow mutually.

This concept can be used in so many different ways of life, and not only in professional aspects of it, as we can only help those who are willing to make a change and can actually understand what is being said.

We all know this one, but why? Refined sugars cause a spike in your insulin levels, making you crave more and have a higher caloric value that leads to easy fat gain. I mention 'Refined' sugars, therefore, you should add more fruits into your diet and can use plant based sweeteners such as Stevia as an alternative of sugar, just as I do.

Foods fried or cooked in vegetable oil or any other form of highly saturated fat. High in junk calories and potential for messing up your hormones. High consumption over time puts you at a greater health risk and in the build-up of visceral fat, which was a problem I personally dealt with in the past.

Yes, Timothy/Samantha, your granpa is probably an outlier in this situation, and we don't talk about outliers. Tell me, how good is your stamina? Not to even get started with the plethora of susceptibility to various cancers and long-term issues that you and your future generation could face. Alcohol has similar effects, while not as focused on the lungs but rather on your testosterone levels, the hormone responsible for muscle building and recovery.
If you want to truly take control of your life, you need to let these go.

High levels of sodium. Besides the various health risks the consumption of refined salt carries, it is also responsible for water retention in your body and making you look puffy and bloated.
If being leaner is your goal, cut down on the refined salt.
