Ironman 70.3 ✅
Its been an absolute PLEASURE to work with for her first ever 70.3
We have worked together throughout the last few years building to this era of her fitness journey
Watching Haley challenge herself through fears, unknowns & relentless discomfort fitting this prep in around her busy job has been inspiring
She had a whirlwind of a year & there were points she doubted what was possible, but she remembered in a tiny glimmer of hope what she really could achieve if she pushed past that fear, doubt & challenge around her
Training 3 disciplines at once are not for the faint hearted
But Haley stepped herself into the challenge of a lifetime
Seeing women achieve something they felt would be a distant dream
If it scares the s**t out of you, you should absolutely do it 👌

Meet the wonderful Katie
At the end of last year she decided that’s she’d had enough of putting herself at the bottom of the pile.
As a busy mum of 2 boys, working full time and travelling here, there and everywhere for work she felt overwhelmed with where to start
She had tried to get results on her own but found that doing more and more wasn’t getting her the outcome she’d hoped for and quickly gave up
When she joined us, her goal wasn’t just fat loss.
Yes she wanted to drop some body fat but she also wanted to:
💫Feel strong in her body again
💫Get back into the gym
💫Start running
💫Feel more regulated day to day
Fast forward 5months and she’s:
✅10kg down
✅Training in the gym 3 times a week
✅Running 5km with ease every week
✅Understands what supports her body and routine
None of this has happened by chance
We created a structured training plan that worked around her busy life alongside building her a running plan tailored to her ability and the goals she is currently working towards (10km race here we come 🚀)
5am gym sessions have become her new normal so she can put herself first at the start of everyday
And now she’s able to give more to those around her than ever before
This is just the beginning for Katie and we cannot wait to see where the next 6-12 months take her 📈💚

All because that slice of sourdough is getting left behind 🥲
I honestly get it, i used to skip the pre workout
I used to run myself into the ground & then raid the cupboards after dark
Leaning into this fear was the best thing i ever did
I ran a 3:39 fu***ng marathon because I fuelled like an absolute boss
& i felt epic.
TRUST ME
This is the right path ❤️

I was saying to a friend today that even though I am in such a rollercoaster with my health and there’s so much unpredictability there
I have genuinely never been happier in my life with the people that I have around me the life that I’ve built and the support that I have every day
I have absolutely no idea how I would’ve got through any of this with other people around me and it just shows you how important it is to be surrounded by people that uplift you for you have good energy and support you through anything
I count my lucky stars everyday ☺️☀️

When the wonderful Hannah came to us, she felt stuck in that cycle of putting in effort & no outcome
She was training, eating healthy trying to do the right things but with no clear direction or real progress to show for it
For a woman continuously putting in the effort that is frustrating!!
She wanted desperately for someone to just tell her what would work
A plan that actually made sense for her goals and lifestyle not another fad that kept her spinning her wheels and feeling fed up of no progression
So we got to work
✅ Mapped out a personalised fat loss phase
✅ Gave her clarity on what to eat, when, and why
✅ Designed specific sessions to build strength & improve fitness
✅ Provided a clear path no more second guessing
Her progress has been next‑level balancing her family life with focused training sessions, structured nutrition and avoiding over training
She isn’t just fitting her goals around life… she’s owning every moment of the journey and inspiring her family along the way
Since then:
🔥 Strength gains week after week
🔥 Intentional effort in every session
🔥 Running form and pace improved lower HR, quicker recovery
🔥 Hitting 10km PBS
This for Hannah was about becoming the strongest, most confident version of herself
Hannah is proof of what’s possible when you stop winging it and start following a plan that actually works even as a busy mum
