🧭👆 *THE SKY BELONGS TO EAGLE EVEN IN STORMS....! Turn criticism into motivation.* Every time someone tries to bring you down, you make it a reason to rise.
Criticism is often very hurtful because it brings out our shortcomings. Once we learn to deal with it, we can instead make it a reason to improve and become better.
When someone points out our limitations, we feel we are incapable. It hurts even more if we have already tried our best. We shouldn’t let other people’s opinions bring our morale down; instead, if we find it useful, make changes and improve ourselves.
To deal with criticism, you need to trust yourself. People will always have something to say; take notice of the ones you feel can help you learn and improve, and ignore those that don't help you grow.
Control the anger by walking away. Forgiveness should be developed in these situations....Rise above the noise, Focus on your dreams; let their word's become the wind beneath your wings 🪽. Yes it's easy to say... Hard to practice... But helps....
Have a Productive weekend! 🤺🏊♀️⛷️🚵🏼♀️🏂🧗🏼♀️🏇🏼🤾🏻♀️🚀👍💐😊

SLOW DOWN AND BE PATIENT WITH LIFE
If You Are Looking For Wealth, Somebody else Is Looking For Health.
If You Are Looking For Health, Somebody else Just Dièd.
If You are Looking For Power, Somebody else Has Acquired And Used it, And he/she is now Powerless.
Each Time You Drive A Fancy Car, Somebody, Somewhere Is Dying In A Car Crash.
Each Time a New Mansion Springs From The Earth, A New Grave is Dug Below The Earth.
Each Time You Throw Away A Morsel, Somebody else somewhere is Searching For a Morsel To Survive.
Each Time You Throw Food Into Dustbin, Someone else Is Looking For Remnant To Eat.
Each Time You Ask God To Promote or Change Your Present Situation, Someone else Is Praying to Get To Your Present Situation.
For Each Smile On The Planet, There's a Drop Of Tear In Another Place On The Planet.
For Each Celebration Of Childbirth, There Are Tears of Bùrial.
Each Time You Urinate Or Drink Water, Remember Someone Is Using Pipe For The Same Purpòse.
So Always Be Thankful.
Think of the Goodness u have rather than the vanities u long for,..

🧭👆" The true measure of a man is not how he behaves in moments of comfort and convenience.... but how he stands at times of controversy and challenges.”
― Martin Luther King Jr.
Life is filled with pressure, there is pressure all around. When we face adversity, challenges, or difficult situations, it can bring out the best or worst in us.
Some crumble under the pressure, while others rise to the occasion and show strength, courage, and resilience. It's important we do not judge people solely by their appearance or what we think we know about them.
We should strive to understand their character through their actions when they face challenging situations.
We must always keep an open mind and look for the best in people, and we may be surprised by the strength and resilience that lies within them.
While we put in our best to appear great, we must never forget greatness begins within. For in moments of pressure, our true nature is revealed.
Have a Fantastic Night! 🏊♀️🤺⛷️🤾🏻♀️🏇🏼🚵🏼♀️🏂🧗🏼♀️🚀👍😊💐

Do not look back, No one knows how the world ever began.
Do not fear the future, Nothing lasts forever. If you dwell on the past or future, You will miss the moment. What is planted in each person's soul will sprout

Of all the things we learn in life, perhaps the most valuable lessons come from our mistakes and experiences. No amount of theory or reading can prepare us for the real-world challenges that we face every day. It's only through practice, trial and error, and persistence that we truly learn and grow.
Think about it - when you make a mistake, you're forced to confront your weaknesses and figure out how to improve. You learn what doesn't work and why, and you gain a deeper understanding of the problem at hand. This knowledge is priceless and can't be gained from a textbook.
The same principle applies to any skill or endeavor. You can read all the books on how to play the piano, but until you sit down and actually practice, you'll never truly master the instrument. You can study the science of mindset and goal-setting, but until you put those theories into action, you won't achieve the success you desire.
So, the next time you're faced with a challenge or setback, don't let it discourage you. Instead, embrace it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Recognize that mistakes and failures are not obstacles, but rather stepping stones on the path to success. With practice, persistence, and a willingness to learn from your mistakes, you canachieve anything you set your mind to. Remember, the greatest achievers in history were not born with innate talent - they simply learned from their mistakes and never gave up on their dreams.
In summary, it's not enough to simply read about success or listen to motivational speeches True mastery and success come from taking action, making mistakes, and learning from those experiences. So, get out there and start practicing! With each mistake, you're one step closer to achieving your goals and living your best life.

Whatever your dream is, it is not too late to achieve it. You aren’t a failure because you haven’t found fame and fortune by the age of 21. Hell, it’s okay if you don’t even know what your dream is yet. Even if you’re flipping burgers, waiting tables or answering phones today, you never know where you’ll end up tomorrow.
Never tell yourself you’re too old to make it.
Never tell yourself you missed your chance.
Never tell yourself that you aren’t good enough.
You can do it. Whatever it is.

As professionals, we all know that the road to success is not always smooth. Along the way, we will encounter challenges and obstacles that will test our resilience and determination. But it's important to remember that these experiences are what make us the professionals we are today.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned throughout my career is the importance of getting out of your comfort zone. It may be tempting to stick with what we know without taking risks, but this limits our potential for growth and development. Instead, we must embrace new opportunities and challenges, even if they seem difficult at first.
Another important aspect of navigating career ups and downs is maintaining a positive attitude. It's easy to get discouraged by setbacks and failures, but it's important to see those experiences as opportunities for growth and learning. Every obstacle we face represents an opportunity to develop new skills, overcome weaknesses, and become a stronger professional.
Seeking support and guidance from others along the way is also important. Building relationships with peers and mentors can provide valuable insights, advice, and opportunities to help you navigate your career path more effectively. Seeking constructive feedback and working to improve your skills and performance can also help you overcome challenges and reach your goals.
The bottom line: The road to success is rarely straight. It's important to accept the ups and downs of your career and keep moving forward. By stepping out of your comfort zone, maintaining a positive attitude, seeking support and guidance from others, and continuously improving yourself, you can overcome obstacles and achieve your professional goals. increase. So let's embrace the journey and move on.

Obstacles do not block the path. They are the path.

“Do not love half lovers
Do not entertain half friends
Do not indulge in works of the half talented
Do not live half a life and do not die a half death
If you choose silence, then be silent
When you speak, do so until you are finished
Do not silence yourself to say something
And do not speak to be silent
If you accept, then express it bluntly
Do not mask it
If you refuse then be clear about it
for an ambiguous refusal
is but a weak acceptance
Do not accept half a solution
Do not believe half truths
Do not dream half a dream
Do not fantasize about half hopes
Half a drink will not quench your thirst
Half a meal will not satiate your hunger
Half the way will get you no where
Half an idea will bear you no results
Your other half is not the one you love
It is you in another time yet in the same space
It is you when you are not
Half a life is a life you didn’t live,
A word you have not said
A smile you postponed
A love you have not had
A friendship you did not know
To reach and not arrive
Work and not work
Attend only to be absent
What makes you a stranger to them closest to you
and they strangers to you
The half is a mere moment of inability
but you are able for you are not half a being
You are a whole that exists
to live a life not half a life”

The man👨🏽🦱doesn’t know that there is a snake 🐍underneath.
The woman🙍🏽♀️doesn’t know that there is a stone crushing the man.
The woman 🙎🏼♀️thinks: “I am going to fall! And I can’t climb because the snake 🐍is going to bite me! Why can’t the man 🧔🏼use a little more strength and pull me up!” The man 🧑🏾🦲thinks: “I am in so much pain! Yet I’m still pulling you as much as I can! Why don’t you try and climb a little harder!?”
The moral is— you can’t see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can’t see the pain you’re in.
This is life, whether it’s with work, family, feelings or friends, we should try to understand each other.
Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better. A little thought and patience goes a long way.

Life hacks 👇🏿
1. Happiness is happiness. It is not measured based on your achieved wealth or success.
You can be happy by having a garden full of roses or you can be happy by simply having a single stem. Happiness therefore is a state of mind.
2. You only need a few.
A few possessions you can enjoy and few achievements to be proud of. You don't have to spend most of your life on things you hardly have time to enjoy or prevents you from doing other things.
You only need a few friends.
You don't need a different set of friends for different moods or occasions where you choose who you wish to party with, or who you want to cry to. Just choose people who choose you and they'll be your everything, as you are to them. Choose people who stick with you during your fall and they're the ones who deserve to be with you as you soar.
3. Time is valuable. Don't waste it regretting, or minding other people's lives. Do what makes you happy. Just don't take away other people's source of joy to fill yours. Live fairly. Live compassionately. You can never find a perfect time, a perfect person or a perfect whatever in this lifetime. Be the person you seek from others. Do the things you expect others to do unto you. Time won't wait. It won't go back.
Do whatever's best for your soul. Now.
Because tomorrow is not guaranteed.
4. You are not easily impressed with social status, wealth, fame or any earthly things. Thus, you are impressed with how people treat another human being. How people spend time for you. How people act when no one is looking. You are impressed not by the looks but how they act "real" may they be pleasing or not.. as long as they're real.
5. You find a lot of things to be grateful for.
Big or small, in light or in darkness, rise or fall..
You always see things to be grateful for, and reasons to go forward. And you know what? A grateful heart lives a happy life. As I always say, "Let the good things make you happy. Let the bad things make you strong".
