This was such an interactive and engaged group of people who attended the training on Saturday. Increasing their own self awareness and learning valuable insights and strategies to manage anxiety and stress that is relevant to all of us. This course truly benefits a wide range of people and professions. We had educators, school counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, trainers, physiotherapists, parents and people who were focusing on their own personal development all in attendance. It was a privilege to be your mental health trainer at this experiential and practical workshop. We will definitely be running it again soon and more.... watch this space.

This 90-minute workshop will help parents and teachers to become more confident in supporting their teenagers before, during and after exam time and managing the associated anxiety and stress. This workshop is also very relevant and beneficial for school staff. After all, exam season is a community and family event.
The workshop is practical, interactive, and experiential to ensure more robust understanding and learning. Parents and teachers will leave the workshop with insight and practical strategies that they can use straight away.
