Over the past few months, leadership coaching clients have shared themes of clarity, reflection, and feeling genuinely heard.

From creating a safe space to offload, to gaining fresh perspective and changing behaviours that impact work and life, this is the work I care deeply about.

If this resonates and you’re curious about leadership coaching, I’m always happy to have a conversation.

It’s been a while!

Life has been fairly busy the past 18 months- managing personal life, studying for my MSc in Psychology and more recently training for the London Marathon which I’ll be running in April.

Over 3 years ago I set up part time, with the main objective of supporting others. Since launching, I am grateful to have been trusted to support hundreds of young people and adults.

The main reason behind this post is to say hello…I’m still here! Whilst i may not post regularly, supporting others in sessions remains at the forefront of the work I do.

Please reach out if this of interest or to just say hello.

Thank you

Great to see getting over to and the UAE spreading awareness of men’s mental health.

November marked Men’s Health Awareness month, which focuses on promoting both physical and mental wellbeing among men. Also known as Movember, some men grow moustaches to mark the month, which aims to challenge the stigma around men’s health issues, spark conversations, and promote early detection and intervention.

It is no secret that a stigma exists regarding men’s mental health - statistics from mental healthcare provider Priory. suggest 40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health, meaning many individuals suffer in silence.

While some men may feel embarrassed or uncomfortable talking about their mental health, the bravest thing they can do is tackle the issue before it becomes a bigger problem.

I genuinely love reading feedback after closing sessions. As someone who was formally diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I can relate to the struggles people face in everyday life especially in academic settings. It was a pleasure to work with Roy and explore some strategies to support his organisation and executive functions.
