Big smiles. Steady hands. Real skills. 👏

Today we celebrate the new graduates of our Kids Academy Term, young makers who walked into the workshop curious… and leave with confidence, responsibility, and craftsmanship in their hands.

They learned to measure with precision, cut with intention, and respect the tools that turn imagination into reality.
But more importantly, they learned that mistakes are part of mastery, and that building something yourself changes the way you see the world.

Watching their focus grow into pride is why we do what we do.

From first safety steps to confident finishing work — this is what progress looks like at our Kids Academy. 🌟🪵

Our young makers are learning real workshop fundamentals:
• machine safety and discipline
• precision and patience
• sanding, finishing, and attention to detail
• confidence to create with their own hands

Every session builds more than a project. It builds problem-solving, focus, and pride in craftsmanship.

Watching them grow from curious beginners into capable makers is exactly why we do this.

Our 2-hour Woodworking Trial Class is a gentle, hands-on introduction to the craft — using traditional hand tools, real wood, and simple techniques that teach you the fundamentals of accuracy and control.

You’ll learn how to mark, cut, and fit wood properly, and you’ll take home a small project you made yourself.
No noise, no machines, no pressure. Just the pure joy of making something with your hands.

This is how many people discover whether woodworking is for them before committing to longer courses.

The Makers Society is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual in the UAE who wants to be part of something bigger than a job.

This is a place for people who care about quality, who take ownership of what they do, and who believe that building with your hands still matters in today’s world.

If you love woodworking, learning, teaching, and being part of a creative, ambitious team, this could be your place.

We are a young, fast-growing school, makerspace, and hand tool shop based in Dubai, with a clear vision to expand across the UAE and the GCC.

To every member who shared a bench, every student who picked up a chisel for the first time, and every maker who turned an idea into something real, thank you for being part of our journey.

This year was about more than wood and tools. It was about community, learning, patience, and the quiet joy of making something with your own hands. You are what brings this workshop to life, and we are grateful for every moment spent creating together.

We wish you a Christmas filled with warmth, creativity, and time well spent with the people who matter most. May the new year bring you new projects, sharper tools, and many more hours at the bench.
