One on One job interviews are not the only type of available interviews, be prepared for many other types: panel interviews, Online interviews, Behavioral/Situational interviews, interviews at job fairs. Each has its purpose. Good luck

الكفاءات هى مزيج.. من المهارات والمعرفة و السلوكيات
Skills, knowledge and attitude
المتوفرة لى الفرد والتى تأهله لأداء مهام محدده على المستوى المطلوب
فمثلا وعلى المستوى الإدارى نجد أن المدير مطلوب منه أتخاذ قرارت
وبالتالى تكون من الكفاءات المطلوبة لأداء العمل كفاءة "تحمل المسؤلية"
