A different note at the NPE Admin meeting.
The whole NPE Administrative Team, together in one room, doing exactly what needs to be done before the students walk through the gates, after their summer vacation! New members joined, introductions made, and a simple unspoken message: you're already one of us. Today's conversation was about, who does what, who reports to whom, how information moves between schools and about accountability, as a form of respect. When your name is on something, you stand behind it. When a colleague needs backup, you show up. Professionalism, the corporate way, is just: do what you said you'd do, and do it for people who are counting on you. Every NPE school has its own uniqueness but today made one thing clear: nobody stands alone. If one school needs a hand, the rest of the schools pitch in. That's the NPE family, functioning the way a ‘family’ should. And after today, everyone feels ready, not because everything's perfect, but because everyone knows their role, trusts the person next to them, and is walking in the same direction. One team. One system. One vision.
