OET stands for Occupational English Test

OET is an English language proficiency test aimed at healthcare professionals looking to work in Australia and UK. Just like IELTS, OET also has all four skills - Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking assessed. OET is an excellent test for those who are in the healthcare sector aiming to go to Australia or even UK. Some individuals have found OET to be bit more easier than IELTS.
An acceptable score in OET is an overall score of B, which is similar to IELTS score of Band 7.

CD-IELTS or Paper Based IELTS?
Which one should you choose?

The CD in CD-IELTS stands for Computer Delivered IELTS. As far as the test structure is concerned, in both the CD and the PB versions of the test, the structure is the same. However, in the CD-IELTS, the Listening, Reading and Writing sections are done on a computer. Also, unlike the Paper test in which you need to transfer the answers to an answer sheet in both Listening & Reading sections, in the CD-IELTS, that is not done, as the candidate directly types the answers. Further, if your handwriting is a bit shabby, then consider CD-IELTS. The writing section in the CD-IELTS also has word-count, which can be very helpful. Of course, it doesn't have any spell check. 😀
The Speaking Test is a face-to-face interview with the IELTS examiner.
CD--IELTS results are available within 5 days whereas the Paper-Based test results take 13 days.
Of course, CD-IELTS test fee is slightly more than than that of PB-IELTS.
Finally, on the Test Report Form (certificate), there's no mention whether the candidate appeared for CD-IELTS or PB IELTS.
