کالج د زده کړې او شخصي ودې لپاره یو مهم ځای دی. دا د زده کونکو سره مرسته کوي چې د خپلو راتلونکو مسلکونو لپاره پوهه، مهارتونه او تجربه ترلاسه کړي. په کالج کې، زده کونکي د خپلو ګټو او اهدافو پورې اړوند مختلف مضامین لولي. دوی دا هم زده کوي چې څنګه په خپلواک ډول فکر وکړي او ستونزې حل کړي. د کالج ژوند د ښوونځي له ژوند څخه توپیر لري. زده کونکي د خپلو زده کړو او د وخت مدیریت لپاره ډیر مسؤلیت لري. دوی باید په ټولګیو کې حاضر شي، کورنۍ دندې بشپړې کړي، او پخپله ازموینو ته چمتووالی ونیسي. دا له دوی سره مرسته کوي چې ډیر ډسپلین او په ځان باوري شي. په کالج کې ښوونکي زده کونکي لارښوونه کوي او هڅوي چې په ژوره توګه زده کړه وکړي، نه یوازې دا چې معلومات حفظ کړي. کالج د مختلفو شالیدونو څخه د نویو ملګرو موندلو ځای هم دی. زده کونکي زده کوي چې په ګروپونو کې کار وکړي، نظرونه شریک کړي، او مختلفو نظریاتو ته درناوی وکړي. دا تجربې د ښو اړیکو او ټیم کاري مهارتونو په جوړولو کې مرسته کوي. سربیره پردې، کالج زده کونکي د حقیقي ژوند لپاره چمتو کوي. دا له دوی سره د ځان باور، رهبري، او پریکړې کولو مهارتونو په وده کې مرسته کوي. ډیری زده کونکي کالج ته د تلو خوب ویني ځکه چې دا د غوره کاري فرصتونو دروازې پرانیزي.
