2 Samuel 5:21
“The Philistines abandoned their idols there, and David and his men carried them off.”
-Sometimes the enemy leaves behind scars, stains, memories, habits, pain, and spiritual baggage after the battle.
-But like David, we must make a decision not to keep what the enemy left behind.
- After all it was God, who fought for you.
- Remember you need God in the next battle.

Go Easy on Yourself
1. Everyone is carrying something heavy behind the smile.
2. No one has a perfect life — some people are just better at hiding the cracks.
3. Stop fighting yourself every day; you need you to survive this life.
4. Healing is not instant. Even deep wounds need time to close.
5. Give yourself grace while you are still figuring life out.
6. Some battles are won by resting, not by forcing.
7. Do not measure your life using someone else’s highlights.
8. The fact that you are still standing means God is not done with you yet.
9. Be patient with yourself — diamonds are formed under pressure.
10. Protect your peace, guard your heart, and move at your own pace.

1. Self-love breeds confidence.
2. People treat you the way you treat yourself.
3.Your eye contact reveals your confidence level.
4.Your posture speaks before your mouth opens.
5.Your appearance reflects your self-respect.
6.Stop shrinking yourself to fit into small spaces.
7.Desperation destroys dignity.
8.Confidence attracts respect naturally.
9.Boundaries teach people how to handle you.
10. Never speak negatively about yourself.
11. Carry yourself like someone who knows their worth.
12. A confident person does not beg for validation
13.Self-respect is louder than expensive clothes.
14.The way you present yourself opens or closes doors.
15.Value yourself first before expecting others to value you
