Dropped a toxic job that caused me to be someone I was not. Found a new one, found the real me again and then left the country.

Now I live in Bali where I am dropping weight and clothes. If I am not in the ocean, I am rocking very little and learning about this amazing culture.

Not sure I could be more.at peace or content with who I am and how I respond.to conflict.

Pamper yourself every chance you get because you are the only one who can.

I am out every morning at 0530 to see the show mother nature puts on for us prior to the sun rising up from the horizon as if it comes from the depths of the ocean.

Best thing I have ever done was move here. Never let others hold you back from your dreams and goals.

Amazing view of Mt. Agung. Had a great time with my new "best Balinese friend" Ari at his beautiful beach spot, BARacuda. So thankful for the kindness shown to me and for accepting me as a local after a total of three days here.

Moving here was the best decision I have ever made. This is my forever home. See ya never America. ❤️amed

“It’s important to recognize that we are not trying to stifle emotions or to steer our lives toward a state where we do not feel anything at all. Practice is not aimed towards neutralizing, nullifying our emotional nature. It is more to do with understanding emotion, seeing how it works and learning how to guide it skillfully. “ (The Breakthrough by Ajahn Amaro) Starting off today with some reading and meditation in order to examine these physical states brought on by feelings such as sadness, betrayal, emotional loneliness and anxiety. This s**t isn’t to look cool on social media. I actually do the work in order to be a better person on a daily basis!!! My practice means more to me than anything else. While some may post pics of books they have at home, those books don’t do any good unless you work to integrate those guiding words into your daily life. This is a big part of the practice. Reading without integration after investigation of those concepts, ideas and practices is like reading a beautiful recipe but never making it. Very exciting news for veterans and 2021!

I will be adding a new program to my content coming in 2021. The program will be aimed at helping my fellow veterans and as such will be priced dirt cheap. There will be options of 3 months, 6 months and one year. Each program length can be extended as needed. I am very excited and humbled to offer a meditation and mindfulness course for our country’s war fighters.
