I want to share with you my latest published story - Being with the empty chasm of cultural silence - a story I wrote spending time with the Welsh storyteller Owen Stanton in Parc Craig Gwladys in the Neath Valley this summer. The experience opened up so many new neurological pathways, access to such a kaleidoscope of emotions and feelings, I’m so grateful to Owen for this enriching journey in the heart of the forest. Session 1. Movement meditation to the soul 1:00 - 2:00pm

Zoe will connect with the beautiful woodland garden to hold space for gentle softening movement whilst we bathe in bird song feet kissing the earth to ground and reset, followed by a beautiful soulful meditation to soften into our hearts, a warm welcome back to our home our true essence..

Session 2. Rose Art Medicine partnership with 2:15 - 3:15pm

The Rose has been guiding women home for thousands of years.
She is not just a divine feminine symbol of beauty, love, sensuality, and devotion.
The Rose holds the highest frequency of any flower. She is encoded in feminine lineages across timelines and dimensions - priestesses and goddesses who walked the Rose Path. It is said she comes from Venus, and every rose on Earth vibrates with her light. The rose mirrors the blossoming into our divine feminine expression.
Her petals the unfolding of our soul - as the rosebud blooms, so too does the soul open herself. Join me to play and create with the rose, the petals, the stem the thorns to remember to awaken to our feminine essence. As bridges of light, between the mystical and the mundane.

Session 3. Crystal Sound Bath 3:30 - 4:30pm

Francesca will create a deeply heart opening Crystal Sound Bath with a guided meditation to embark on a journey of thankfulness and gratitude. A collection of sacred instruments powerfully tuned to the primordial sound of the universe and Solfeggio's 528Hz love frequency, known as the Miracle Tone will be played. Waves of soothing, calming and expansive vibrations will flow from the quartz crystal singing bowls and crystal rainbow chalices. Absorb the sweet resonance of a plethora of the delicate Woodstock, Harmony, Koshi, Chakra Bamboo and Pala Seed chimes.

Session 4. shares feminine wisdom 4:45 - 5:45pm

Zoe will shine a guiding light upon your feminine energy it's intuition and receptivity. In our empowered feminine, we are open to the guidance of our bodies wisdom. We choose flow versus force. We know when to act and when to slow down. And most importantly, we are connected to our own inner-mother. From this place, we are self-protective and highly discerning with who we allow to pe*****te our physical and energetic bodies.

Session 5. Feminine Flow dance by DJ 6:00 - 7:00pm

DJ Venetia has curated a playful feminine flow set as an invitation for you to connect with this joyful medicine of movement, an invitation to feel, to express from a place where soul and story first met..

Meditation is a powerful tool of reflection and insight. I love to lead from time to time to share this gift from my tool kit! I have come to know that the way you handle moments determines the depth of your intimacy with yourself and others.

With loved ones, when you can name your experience while staying in connection, you turn it into devotion, into artful practice. With abusive interactions and gaslighting you gaze it in the eye and watch it come and go and step away and choose love and your higher purpose❣️

With loved ones even just acknowledging the feels that are coming up right now, but I want to love you, is a powerful step.

It brings awareness, it allows for validation, and sometimes, just being seen is enough to soften the edges and return to love, for there is only love ❤️

Beach is where the body meets the sea✨

Playing with the motion of the Indian Ocean rhythm was an otherworldly pleasure.. Alone with breath, yet unified by the touch of the ocean on my skin.. Flowing in harmony; its vast openness tantalises.. the meaning of this underwater universe completely eludes me, yet in its very pursuit we approach the ultimate mystery of life itself.

Entering and re-entering such a world, its fascination grows and somehow you find your heart and womb have gained a new dimension, a new perspective — and always thereafter you find yourself in the beauty and strangeness and wonder of the ocean world — a world that is as real, as much a part of the universe, as our own.

2024 cast an irrevocable spell of rapture, freedom and clarity upon me

A yoni radiance that guides my YES or NO, my yoni became my higher power, my superpower.

Turning 50 I was in the heart of my menopause, I became an athlete again without the routine, lifting heavy, doing HITT, SITT, yin yoga, dancing and lots of stillness. My diet changed, adding collagen, creatine, spirulina, wheatgrass, cacao and pleasure. I fell in love with my Mitochondria again.

I was proud and delighted at who I am. Heart centred leadership became ruthless with bad intentioned energy and soft to lean into vulnerability required to build deep connection.

Life is through the filter of love.

Toughest lesson was overcoming spiritual sabbotage, the world can be an awfully cynical place and this really hurt my soul. I learned to Let Them - Let them come into your life, Let Them show you who they are... Let Them go...

I met my nervous system head on with 170hrs of wreckless abandon - no turning away, front on testing, blowing up, teasing, spinning, journeying and nourishing. In my home I met rage and passion, sadness and happiness, misogyny and female empowerment, healing and pleasure, catharsis and sensuality, energy vomiting and cleansing, journeying and grounding, letting go and expansivenss, grief and tenderness, shiva and shakti.

What endures—what transcends those fragile architectures of feelings, pride, ego, vanity, frailty that visited my home—is something far more profound. It is fascination. Not the surface kind that glimmers and fades but a deep, unrelenting awe for the endless universe that resides within me and within you. It is the wonder of how we map the chaos of existence, how we weave feelings into words, the silent symphony of souls speaking in ways only spirit can hear.

You 2025 are all about attracting alignment

Soul gazing deep into my own eyes, I seek out the most vulnerable and authentic part of myself, my body fills with the most pure elixir. I’m the loving ruler of my own inner queendom and I nurture and play with the power of transformation with every movement of energy around my body.

Grateful and appreciative for these last years in my life when love became the most powerful force for life changing transformation and wisdom. Breathing life into this moment, the past unbecoming long gone, leaving a yummy spaciousness for the new to unfold, my heart smiles at the beauty of it all. My new world is a reflection of the expansive new me, it is a joy and delight to plant new seeds of existence, consciousness, bliss ❣️
