Already 1 week into the climate negotiations at the UNFCCC's in Lima, Peru!

Mrs Figueres, Executive Sec of the highlights that this year's conference is a crucial step towards the Road to Paris in 2015, where a comprehensive climate change agreement is expected to be signed.

"The litmus test of success in Lima will be a clear draft of the universal agreement, a shared determination by all to deliver significant national contributions to build a low carbon resilient future, initial capitalisation of the Green Climate Fund, and the mobilisation of a broad coalition of actors turning potential into reality on the ground without delay ", she says.

Today, the UnitedNations is launching the 500 days of action for Marathon (MDGs).

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon emphasized on the role of youth to reach the Goals in 2015 and encouraged 500 selected youth leaders, who gathered at the UN Headquarters in New York, to have their say on the urgency of the MDGs.

In an environment of emotion, hope and thoughtfulness, the ceremony is dedicating those 500 minutes to stress on the robust tools that will accomplish the MDGs.

This event, also and especially, promised to act as a bridge for young leaders to meet. We are honoured, one of our founders Mr Milasius, had a chance to with , the inspirational advocate for youth education.
