Troubadour - Performing Arts Discipleship Training School

These last few days has been a completely different experience for us as a team.

We really experienced the fact about ‘laying down your rights’ by giving up our comfort from sleeping on a bed to sleeping on a cold concrete floor with no cushion of what’s so ever.

Taking our showers in a cold river or bucket, eating food completely different from our day to day life.

But yet, we wouldn’t replace it for anything else, and what we do, we do with love that Jesus taught us about.

It's outreach time! While we wait to join the rest of the team in Malaysia we keep knowing God and making Him known here in Worcester. Until all have heard!

Mark 16:15

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.

Our team in Malaysia has been giving so many opportunities with open houses, churches and schools that would host us just to spend time with them.

And God has been really moving through the people form here, with provision with food, transportation and accommodation.

But we are still waiting for our second half of the team that will travel to us from South Africa. Continue praying with us.

SEASONS - Is a production by the Troubadour Performing Arts Discipleship Training School 2022.
It is a story about identity. God created us perfectly but, at some point we were broken and became slaves to the enemy’s lies. Still, God sends His son Jesus to set us free and rebuild our true identity, he calls us to tell this story to others, living in the manifestation of His kingdom here on earth.

We performed our show here in the local community in Worcester called Avian Park.

WE GOT BAPTIZED!!!

Today we were able to baptize three of our students to start a new covenant with God. Getting ready to start a journey of being missionaries.

What is your calling?

Our focus is not just on performing arts, but serving, loving, and caring for the children.

As well we also invest in them as they are tomorrow’s leaders, doctors, teachers, and parents.

Let’s continue to care and invest in the children around us.

We led the our base’s intercession, praying for the nations and for our staff and students who are going on outreach in 5 weeks.

We practice a lifestyle of intercession. Interceding for the tribes, people groups, and countries.

WE LOVE BECAUSE JESUS LOVES.

One the things that we have learnt was just as Jesus loves us, we should love too. And one way on how we practise this love is by showing love to the communitities that we invest in.

“For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,….”

"It is with great sadness that we received the news about Barry's sudden death. Barry was one of our Troubadour DTS students in 2016, and in this picture you see him in the middle performing the scene of the prodigal son. Barry it was a young man that decided to follow Jesus at any cost, he was a fighter and he had a big gentle heart, you will always be remembered.
My prayer goes to the entire family in this difficult moment."
