I have recently relocated to Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal after teaching English at Brescia House School in Bryanston, Johannesburg. My teaching included the role as Head of the Primary English Department for some years and Head of the Resource Centre for others. I was there for a total of 29 years. A few years ago I became actively involved in tutoring second language learners, particularly immigrants, who arrived with very little English knowledge. This was where my passion lay.
