Dear Matric 2022 tonight a piece of Paper will decide if you have made it or not, if you did well or not, if you wasted the last 12 months or you have invested it. No matter what that piece of paper says about you, keep standing, do not lose hope.
Take another piece of paper and register for that Supplementary examination, register to improve your results.
I know for sure no one plans to fail, nor choose to fail but your choices may sometimes lead to failure but today it isn't about that. And I will not remind you òf how you subbotaged your own success.
I know how hard coping with the demands of doing grade 12.
I have seen you struggling and pushing and you never gave up. Let's soldier on ke Bantwana bam, let us not lose our focus because of the outcomes of today's results.
I am without a doubt that your teachers did everything in their power to help you. The fights I had with you were only temporary so that you don't get distracted. I know I am a slave driver, but it was for your own benefit. Thank you for being abantwana abadanayo and that quickly reflects in your own mistakes. Growing up is about identifying where you messed up, how you messed up, how you will fix your mistakes going forward. Congratulations to those who did well . Let me remind you still DONT HAVE MATRIC. your highest standard passed is GRADE 11, GRADE 10 IF you were progressed to grade 12. So get your act together, study your books, Snack on Maths and Maths Literacy every day for minimum of 30 minutes, let Content subjects be your *main* 😉 you can not have 1 side, I recommend 2 *Isixhosa and English* 😍

Dear grade 12 Learners.
I hope you are enjoying your one week break😍
1. Reminder that on Monday 27TH June 2022 is the start date of our Winter school.
2. The programme will run for 10 days excluding weekends.
3. You are expected to be at school at 7h30 on Monday as usual.
4. We shall begin with our Morning Assembly as usual.
5. At 7h45 we will then split our classes into 6 smaller groups.
6. You are expected to bring all your books as Languages have been included in the program starting on Tuesday 28 June 2022
7. You are only allowed to plait your hair into 2 hair styles. Straight back or upstyle, No braids or Colored hair.
8. Hair cuts with no Lines for Boys will be allowed. NO COLORED HAIR is allowed.
9. If you arrive later than 7h45 you will go back home and bring a parent to explain why you are late, as per your parent's resolution.
10. You will not be allowed to leave the school premises without your written parent's consent.
11. If you are absent on Monday, do yourself a favour and come with your parent/ gurdian on Tuesday and you will be referred to the district, and will only be allowed to attend classes on producing the declaration that you and your parent have met with either the circuit manager or District director.
12. Irregular Attendance has a negative effect on your personal performance and the overall school results.
13. You are awesome and with commitment and determination you will definitely make it at the end of the year.

*Notice*
*Learners are urged to take advantage of the Second Chance Matric Programme*
This programme caters for all Learners who want to improve their results at no financial costs. The department of education has declared open centre's where these Learners will be taught in the afternoon from 15H00 to 18H00 from Monday to Friday and from 08H00 to 16H00 on Saturday. LTSM will be provided by the department. Only teachers who obtained at least 75% in their subjects in 2021 will be teaching these learners. This requirement will not be compromised under any circumstances.
*The closing date for Registration is the 18 February 2022* Register in the nearest District office with your ID document and your results.
The programme has two phases, one starts from 01 March 2022 and ends in May before the June examinations, and the last one starts from July and ends in October before the 2022 final examination commences.
