Good morning

Mr Peters, Mr Lebethe and a few learners have been part of this historical initiative, whereby we are in the process of registering the school as Western Cape heritage site.

We have finally moved on to the "awareness" phase of the process where we are trying to make the school body, community and broader public aware of our initiative.

We have created a digital petition and would like to encourage everyone to share the link with your learners, friends, family and all Alexander Sinton high alumni. By clicking on the link below, filling in your details (name, surname, email address and cellphone number) and clicking on the "submit" button below, will record your response.

https://www.vidamemoria.co.za/public-participation/unheardheritage

We want to appeal to the public and urge everyone to please share the link on your status' on all social media platforms. The more responses we receive, the better chance we have to successfully complete the process.

Please show your support and help us cement our rightful place in the history books.

Thank you in advance

Attention all Sinton Knight alumni!

We are in the process of registering the school as a provincial Western Cape heritage site and need your help to do so. We are searching for all those who played a role or we were affected in any way by the student struggles in the 70s and 80s, the Siege of Sinton and Trojan Horse Massacre.

The purpose of this project is to tell the unheard stories of our school, which is rich in history and the individuals which played a pivotal role by contributing tremendously to the change of our country.

Whether you were a student, teacher, parent or in some way associated with the Sinton community, WE WANT TO HEAR YOUR STORY and write your name in the history books.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Nothing would have been achieved if we didn't stand together back then, as well as now, so help us restore our school to its former glory!
