The Answer doesn't lie in another book or theory, but literally within you. And its closer than you think. In fact it has nothing to do with what you think and more to do with your self-awareness.
Well then, how do you tap into this unlimited resource? It's as simple and as difficult as just becoming aware and accepting yourself. Starting with the only "feedback/language" that part of you speaks, namely Your Emotions. Your direct link straight into Your Unconscious.
Now become aware of what you are feeling at an emotional level, and then if you’re able to do that, notice where you experience that feeling in your body. Begin to breath as if you are breathing that feeling, it might seem strange, but the idea is to mix the sensory system with breath awareness, taking you deeper into yourself. Allow for an open kind of self-awareness, without judging or analyzing. Let go of all resistance to feeling whatever emotions come up, no matter what they might be. Just Feel, Breath, Let go and Allow.
If you are able to practice this for even just 10 minutes a day, you will be stepping onto your true path towards a destiny beyond your dreams, guided by your true self.
