The Mandela Day campaign message is simple: Mr Mandela gave 67 years of his life fighting for the rights of humanity. All we are asking is that everyone gives 67 minutes of their time, whether it’s supporting your chosen charity or serving your local community.

Mandela Day is a call to action for individuals – for people everywhere – to take responsibility for changing the world into a better place, one small step at a time, just as Mr Mandela did.

Hey PAY INTERNS 2013.
We hope all of you who haven't entered the essay competition yet are still working furiously to get it in by Sunday, when the competition closes.
For those of you who have entered, THANK YOU so much.... just a quick tip.
Your character reference needs to be a WRITTEN DOCUMENT by your mentor, supervisor, manager, or school teacher of last year (or anybody else who could vouch for your personality unbiasedly. Please find an attached example of what the character reference should look like).

If you don't have it this way, no need to panic- you can still have this in by the end of day on Monday- BUT your entrees and photos MUST be submitted before Sunday or you will lose the chance to win!

Our judges are all excited to be reading your exciting stories... GOOD LUCK!
