If you have completed the certification, there are three avenues to gain entry into the Superyacht Industry
1. You get selected for the 3-year apprenticeship program with guaranteed employment and a salary.
2. You get selected for the fully paid sponsorship programme Superyacht Training Academy Once completed, the crew agent will assist you in finding a job.
3. An international crew agent will assist you in finding a job once you have obtained the following:
🛳️STCW (Basic Safety Training)
🛳️ENG1 (Medical Fitness Certificate)
