Fire Fighting training starts on set dates as per the attached public course dates. Payment for the training is 50% on registration and the balance is due before the final assessment.

Here are a brief synopsis of each of the firefighting programs.

1. Basic Fire Fighting this course is for people that work in a factory and need training on how to use fire equipment. This program is not for individuals that want to start a careers as a fire fighter.
2. Preliminary Fire Fighting, Intermediate Fire Fighting and Industrial fire fighting This courses is for individuals that form part of a proto team, fire teams at Mine Factory`s, Air Field and individuals that are training as paramedic`s that need fire fighting training for experience as medical and fire personnel work hand on hand with each other and medic`s that do get exposure to fire, vehicles rescues ext. Further more this qualification does assist an individual to find employment.
3. Fire Fighter 1, 2 Hazmat Awareness, operational, Grass & Wild land Fire Fighting and Advanced Breathing Apparatus this programs is for individuals that would like to start a career as a fire fighter, this is an intense theoretical and practical course whereby individuals are tought how to fight real fires. After successful completion of this training an individual can apply at any fire service for employment. Learners start with the Fire Fighter 1 and Hazmat Awareness then there after Fire Fighter 2 and Hazmat Operational, or it can be done as a combination.
