Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body.

There is a wide variety of different meditations from ancient traditions to more modern interpretations of mindfulness. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜πŸΏπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

And you know what? All of these practices helps you to stay in the moment and bring balance, joy, self-confidence, honesty and self-trust into your life. πŸ˜Œβœ¨πŸ’–

So, there’s nothing complicated about learning to meditate, right?

1. Find a comfortable position.
2. Bring your attention to something–typical meditation supports are sounds, your breath, or your thoughts.
3. Watch what happens.

But is this easy? Probably not. 😏

It’s not unusual that meditation is very uncomfortable.
