We now introduce the Agenda of the second Indian Committee of EIDC,
i.e Lok Sabha

Agenda- Review of new educational policy 2018

Lok Sabha is composed of representatives of the people chosen by direct election on the basis of the adult suffrage. The maximum strength of the House envisaged by the Constitution is 552, which is made up by election of upto 530 members to represent the States, upto 20 members to represent the Union Territories and not more than two members of the Anglo-Indian Community to be nominated by the Hon'ble President, if, in his/her opinion, that community is not adequately represented in the House. The total elective membership is distributed among the States in such a way that the ratio between the number of seats allotted to each State and the population of the State is, so far as practicable, the same for all States.


We now introduce the Agenda of the first Indian Committee of EIDC,

Agenda- Analysing and further reviewing the demands for amendments to the Reservation Policy.

The All India Political Parties Meet is a forum for unrestricted political debate, discussion and deliberation, free from the legislative functions of the parliament. Moving over from a one party dominance of the Congress in the initial years of establishing a democracy, to two party, multi-party and finally, coalition politics, the politics of the nation has been constantly evolving. The AIPPM provides a platform where diverse political perspectives and personalities come together to make decisions on issues of national importance.

i.e United Nations Security Council
Agenda- The Situation In The Middle East

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations, charged with the maintenance of international peace and security as well as accepting new members to the United Nations and approving any changes to its United Nations Charter. Its powers include the establishment of peacekeeping operations, the establishment of international sanctions, and the authorization of military action through Security Council resolutions; it is the only UN body with the authority to issue binding resolutions to member states.


We now introduce the Agenda of the third UN Committee of EIDC,
i.e United Nations Human Rights Council

Agenda- (28th Special Session (18th May 2018) The deteriorating situation of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territory including Jerusalem.

The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) is a United Nations body whose mission is to promote and protect human rights around the world. The UNHRC has 47 members elected for staggered three-year terms on a regional group basis.

The UNHRC investigates allegations of breaches of human rights in UN member states, and addresses important thematic human rights issues such as freedom of association and assembly, freedom of expression, freedom of belief and religion, women's rights, LGBT rights, crimminals, the rights of racial and ethnic minorities, etc.

Agenda- Zero Hunger: The Heart of the 2030 Agenda

The World Food Programme (WFP) is the food-assistance branch of the United Nations and the world's largest humanitarian organization addressing hunger and promoting food security. According to the WFP, it provides food assistance to an average of 80 million people in 76 countries each year.From its headquarters in Rome and from more than 80 country offices around the world, the WFP works to help people who cannot produce or obtain enough food for themselves and their families. It is a member of the United Nations Development Group and part of its Executive Committee.

i.e United Nations Environment Assembly

Agenda-Protection of the environment in areas affected by armed conflict

The United Nations Environment Assembly is the world’s highest-level decision-making body on the environment. It addresses the critical environmental challenges facing the world today..

The Environment Assembly meets biennially to set priorities for global environmental policies and develop international environmental law. Through its resolutions and calls to action, the Assembly provides leadership and catalyses intergovernmental action on the environment. Decision-making requires broad participation, which is why the Assembly provides an opportunity for all peoples to help design solutions for our planet’s health.
