Neenah High School Boys Tennis

The boys fought hard but Kimberly won in the end (4-3) with wins at all four singles spots. Neenah won the 1,2, and 3 doubles. It was a fun, competitive day and we are proud of our boys, their sportsmanship, and all that they accomplished in the 2024 season!

The boys left for the Team State Tournament in Madison this morning. They play Kimberly at 3:30pm. Let’s go, Rockets! 🚀 🎾

Congratulations to Carl Hein (1 singles), Brady Lawatsch (2 singles), Brady Hildreth and Andrew Werner (1 doubles), and Tristin Yun and Hunter Brown (2 doubles) for their successes at the WIAA Individual State Tournament. Both 1 Singles and 1 Doubles teams held their seeds in the top 16. Ready to take on Kimberly at the Team State Tournament next week (June 7-8)!

Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Tennis Team for their big win at the WIAA Sectional Tournament today! They will advance to the WIAA Team State Tournament on June 7 and 8 at the Nielsen Tennis Center at UW-Madison.

Carl Hein (1 Singles), Brady Lawatsch (2 Singles), Brady Hildreth and Andrew Werner (1 Doubles), and Tristin Yun and Hunter Brown (2 Doubles) will play in the WIAA Individual State Tournament at UW-Madison May 30 - June 1. Additional players from the team may also qualify.

The boys crushed it yesterday, winning all 7 sub-sectional flights. They will now advance to Sectionals on Thursday, 5/23, at Fox Cities Racquet Club. Matches start at 8:30 a.m., and we expect them to go until 2:30. Stop by to cheer on the team!
