Two loaves of sourdough sliced open into 2/2 each then I sliced 2 inch diagonal pieces, but not completely through. I left it in tact at the crust, smooth pizza sauce over the loaves, garlic salt, diced tomato, diced onion., then sprinkled grated Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and then mozzarella then I place the pepperonis on top, sprinkled with more garlic salt, some thyme and black pepper.
I can’t use my oven now, so I took a torch like crème brûlée, and I seared each pepperoni charring some of the ends, letting the grease pucker up then placed the whole plate in the microwave for three minutes, which swirled the smoky pepperoni taste into the rest of the pizza and then you can see when it came out. You could just pull it apart piece by piece 😋🐈🦮🦮🐕🦺🦮🦮
Microwaved instant mashed potatoes, made a center well added small can of peas&carots, covered with can of beef stew and garlic salt and pepper. Remicrowaved for 5 minutes. Instant Shepards Pie!

First, I had hot sausage and I cut it out of the tube into the plate, which is stoneware put it in the microwave for nine minutes. Since it was a good quality sausage there was no grease and it had turned into a patty.  then I took my fork and lifted the Patty placed the stirfry mix in the bottom of the bowl laid the patty back on top put the teriyaki seasoning on top of the sausage and cook the entire platter for another six minutes when I tasted the sausage is very hot so I made this Greek yogurt ranch to cool it down so I don’t burn my guts out or have heartburn later and bon appétit. (I mostly cook in my microwave for the past couple of years because of the car accidents. I’m usually in bed most of the time at least this past year. I’ve been in bed quite a bit.) you can’t keep a good cook down.💋

Tonight‘s dinner is 1 sliced horizontally Napa cabbage, 1 halved and sliced onion, 1 can of pork, 1 can of tomato soup, 1 c Italian dressing, Season•All, 1/8c Worcestershire sauceand two pork chops. All in 1 dish being microwaved and when served, mashed potatoes. 🥰
I’m attempting a Salmon Croquet of left-over Split Peas with Red Curry Paste, a can of Salmon, Creamy Italian Dressing, Crushed Corn Flakes, cooking them in my microwave… looking great after the first six minutes I said it for another six minutes and then I might turn the patties over… we’ll see!
Fail! If I hadn’t taken one off when I turned them over to put them back in the microwave, I wouldn’t have had any because I dropped the plate on the carpet upside down, so yes out of all that work and all that effort I had one delicious salmon croquet !😅😂🤣🙈🙊
Today, Split Peas with Red Curry Paste!😋
Still having trouble getting around so mostly upstairs in my room so I made this microwave vegetable soup. I went downstairs to let the dogs outside and grabbed a pack of chop steak out of the refrigerator and a stick of butter. I had two shallots and a small bag of the mini peppers.
I put half a stick of butter shredded the small peppers, Julie and the onions by cutting them in half and then section and down in my hand, added salt and pepper to small pack of chop steak and microwave that for six minutes to cook the meat and of course I used my McCormick season•all That I got from my dad.
Then I just added a canna, vegetarian beans, drained a can of green beans, corn, a canna, tomato soup and a can of diced tomatoes, drained some asparagus and peas and seasoned it all up again, and microwaved it until it smelled good in my room.
Went outside to paint the garbage cans with my address..😯💨it is way too cold and windy!! So I strapped down my scooter and smaller cans, then made this DELICIOUS microwave dinner. Man this is soooo good not enough of it!😫
