froh is a collective of like minded people wo love to share their knowledge with others. As an Austrian based foundation we operate in different parts of the world.
Our aim is to initiate positive changes for our individual paths, for our relation to each other and for our environment. In trainings, workshops and retreats we combine ancient wisdom with modern sciense to provide you with vital tools for living the change you want to create. We hold space for you to relate in new ways. We shape experiences that you will remember.
Our broad range of activities for people of different ages and cultural backgrounds leads from shamanic sound journeys, ayurvedic fire ceremonies , kinesiology sessions and trainings over environmental projects like willow and natural building activities and natural dye workshops to mindful learning spaces with kids.
