I usually get up early. Then I clean my teeth, put on my suit and leave home at about 7:30 a.m. I never have breakfast but I have lunch at work. We have a nice canteen in the office. After work, I cook dinner, tidy up a little and relax. I always go to bed before 11 p.m.
