Last day of camp with the Palmerton squad. As always, a HUGE thank you to hummel for supplying me with the best kits and equipment in the game!

As some of you may know, I (Coach Rich) have been out of state doing work with youth players for the New York Red Bulls! Here are a few pictures of my first joint goalkeeping session!

This was the advanced age group. The mannequins were used for repetition/footwork training on passing, contour/basket catches, front smothers, and collapse dives. We then ended on some good-ole' fashioned goalkeeper wars for a bit of competition!

I should have availability next Friday (April 20th) so be in touch if you'd like to get some training in!

Two of my top keepers making BIG saves during a training session yesterday. Practice is the KEY to progression

East Coast GK Academy will be hosting a HS/MS Goalkeeper Camp running April 9, 23, 30, and May 7th from 11:00am-12:30pm at 7th street field in Palmerton. Cost is $105 and will include a Hummel x East Coast GK Academy training kit and 6 hours of instruction.

The session will be capped at 15 goalkeepers and we have just a few spots remaining! DM us or send an email to [email protected] for more information!
